This agreement and all of it's legal terms, assumption of risk, no guarantee of emergency outcomes etc outlines the terms and conditions for individuals, groups, and businesses who purchase our services and products and use the skills taught and products in their day to day lives and in real emergencies.

First Aid and Emergency Procedures

The information, protocols, training materials, and procedures provided by Georgi Tactical Integrations are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, certification, or hands-on clinical judgment.

By accessing, using, or implementing any materials or procedures provided by Georgi Tactical Integrations, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. No Guarantee of Outcome

Emergency and first aid situations are inherently unpredictable and may involve factors beyond the control of Georgi Tactical Integrations, including environmental conditions, equipment availability, individual health status, responder skill level, and timing of care. No guarantee is made regarding outcomes, effectiveness, accuracy, or completeness of the provided protocols.

2. Training Currency & Skill Degradation

First aid and emergency response skills degrade without regular practice and refresher training. The user acknowledges that prior exposure to or completion of training does not ensure ongoing competence. Georgi Tactical Integrations assumes no responsibility for outcomes resulting from outdated, incomplete, or improperly retained skills.

3. Bystander Responsibility

The user acknowledges that when acting as a bystander or responder, they are solely responsible for assessing the scene, their own capabilities, and the appropriateness of any intervention. The decision to act—or not act—is entirely the user’s own. Georgi Tactical Integrations does not direct, control, or supervise real-world emergency responses.

4. Certification Limitation

Participation in or use of materials provided by Georgi Tactical Integrations does not confer licensure, certification, credentialing, or authorization to practice medicine or provide professional emergency services unless explicitly stated in writing. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and scope-of-practice requirements.

5. Assumption of Risk

The user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use or misuse of the provided information, including but not limited to injury, illness, permanent harm, property damage, or death to themselves or others.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Georgi Tactical Integrations, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the provided materials or protocols.

7. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Georgi Tactical Integrations and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

• The user’s reliance on or application of the protocols
   

• Any injury, death, or property damage resulting from their actions
   

• Any third-party claims connected to the user’s conduct or decisions
   

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

     

Terms and Conditions Agreement​

 

     Georgi Tactical Integrations operates in conjunction with Federal and Utah State law, and these terms, rights and remedies provided herein, will be strictly followed and enforced, and updated as necessary.

     Georgi Tactical Integrations offers individuals, groups and businesses the ability to register for; firearms training courses taught by certified instructors; First Aid/BLS training courses taught by certified American Heart Association instructors; and seminars taught by the aforementioned certified instructors.

     Georgi Tactical Integrations also offers individuals, groups and businesses access to purchase from our online store which sells products from; Georgi Tactical Integrations; North American Rescue LLC; and Snakestaff Systems and SAM Medical.

     In order to register for our services, individuals must be at least 18 years or older, and cannot be a restricted person pursuant to the Federal Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and Utah state Code 76-10-5, section 503, and must possess the legal authority to enter into these terms and conditions. Use of this website is not allowed by individuals whose country, state or locality prohibits the use or reception of our services and or products.

     When purchasing a product or service from Georgi Tactical Integration, it is the responsibility of the individual to read thoroughly all product descriptions, and course descriptions, before purchasing.

    Georgi Tactical Integrations reserves the right to adjust pricing for its services/courses and products. Our prices will be listed on the website, in the corresponding section.

     Any additional fees an individual may incur in connection with using our website, such as taxes, shipping fees, possible transaction fees etc, will be charged to the individuals payment method used at checkout.

     

Product Return Policy

 

     An individual, group or business may return an unused product as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Request to return item/product physically returned to Georgi Tactical Integrations has been initiated via contacting Georgi Tactical Integrations within 21 days of the product purchase date.

2. Product is undamaged and has not been used.

3. Proof that the product was purchased through Georgi Tactical Integrations, aka a receipt of product purchase, or confirmation of purchase email.

Any full or partial refunds will be made to the individuals payment method used at time of purchase.

Products not eligible for returns or refunds:

Course/service Registration Withdrawal Policy

 

     An individual may withdraw from a course they have registered for and receive a full refund of their course registration fee as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Request to withdraw from a registered course communicated via phone/text to the instructor, or email sent to trevor.georgi@gtiutah.com at least 24 hours prior to the course start date.

     *If an individual does not attend their registered course and does NOT communicate with the course instructor that they are unable to attend,  they will not be eligible for a refund of their course registration fee and applicable fees/taxes.

 

Product/pricing updates and changes​

 

     Georgi Tactical Integrations reserves the right to change and or update its products and services/courses without prior notice. This includes but not limited to:

1. Service/course cancellation, or removal of course in its entirety.

2. Product updates and or changes, including stoppage of products being sold.

3. Create and or impose limits on registration sign ups, and product purchases

 

Intellectual Property​

     

     Georgi Tactical Integrations and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Georgi Tactical Integrations. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
